These sound meditations were inspired by the teachings of Ernest L. Norman, who clairvoyantly channeled a series of books in the mid 20th century exploring seven spiritual worlds. The planets he described orbit in a higher dimension than our physical earth & each one is devoted to a particular concept, functioning within a specific fundamental frequency & exuding a different colour of light. The advanced beings who inhabit the vast & beautiful crystal mountain cities of these worlds are always working for the highest good of all humanity.

Unarius: orange, leadership
Orion: yellow, education
Hermes: green, philosophy
Muse: coral, inspirational arts
Eros: red, science
Venus: blue, healing
Elysium: violet, devotion

My intention was that the musical movements on this album would evoke the respective energetic properties of those inner planes so that anyone who listens may be able to tune in or align themself with one or more of them. They were improvised in single takes on frosted quartz crystal singing bowls in different scales & tonal arrangements, intentionally chosen to capture the concepts & attributes of the seven planets. The melodies & harmonies weren't arranged beforehand, but rather allowed to unfold & form in the moment whenever my hands felt the impulses to play them. The vibrations from crystal singing bowls often have a very relaxing effect on the body & can help the mind access deeper states of consciousness. I hope that this recording will resonate with you & that it can be useful for wherever you may find yourself in your healing journey or spiritual evolution.
